Just 12 months after Tiger Trailers launched the UK’s first 52-pallet straight frame double deck trailer at the CV Show 2017, the company will once again use its stand at this year’s event to showcase another of its innovative double decks.

Visitors to the Tiger Trailers stand will find information about the company’s new Tiger Deck system, which has been developed to offer customers an effective and efficient way of speeding up the loading process for any double deck trailer.

The new three-quarter length, moving deck curtainside trailer perfectly illustrates Tiger’s forward-thinking approach to design, featuring a host of new ideas and unique engineering solutions. With 30 per cent of the company’s manufacturing output now double deck trailers, Tiger has built a wealth of experience in the sector.

To accompany the new double deck, visitors to the stand can also learn more about Tiger’s impressive new Tiger Deck loading solution – a system developed to offer customers an effective and efficient way of speeding up the loading process for any double deck trailer.

The Tiger Deck has been specifically designed to offer significantly more cage capacity than any competitor system, which creates a more fluid, efficient loading procedure which produces significant time savings.

The team at Tiger will also be on hand to provide an update on the development of its new manufacturing facility, which was announced at the show in 2017. Work has begun on the site and the new factory is on target to be fully operational in early 2019, as planned.
