Integritas offers a modern approach to load integrity, enabling operators to maintain control and security of goods in transit. Gatehouse integration

A familiar challenge for fleet operators is the time taken processing vehicles for departure. Manually processing vehicles at the gatehouse, verifying the load area seal and cross-checking with manifests can be a time consuming and disjointed process, often leading to delays and costly downtime. Now, thanks to Maple’s gatehouse integration software, this process can be streamlined, providing the gatehouse team with real-time data of a vehicle’s load status and capturing all event activity as a vehicle arrives and departs the depot.

Rolling pin access

Another common issue in vehicle security is that of flexible access control. Whether it is ensuring the right people have the right access keys, allowing temporary access for third party contractors, or managing lost or stolen keys; it can be a demanding task in its own right. With Integritas, Maple have the answer. By using the Integritas Portal registered customers can simply enter the 5 digit seal number from the lock to generate a unique unlock PIN code. Each and every event is captured as part of an audit trail, maintaining fleet security whilst providing complete transparency of operation.
