Lytx, the San Diego-based technology company that’s led the development of in-cab video telematics technology, will be meeting the transport industry at next week’s CV show in Birmingham.
The company, which leads the North American market, is raising its profile in the UK and Ireland, and is well known for working with major players including DHL, PD Ports, Flogas and others.
Lytx technology helps fleet managers hone in on driving behaviour and promote safe driving with the insights it provides. It can also cut the costs that arise from collisions, claims, insurance and vehicle maintenance and repairs; footage can also exonerate innocent drivers, minimising any risk to a company’s reputation.
“Lytx has attended the CV Show for years,” Lytx VP Markets, Bill Ruff, told HGVUK.com.
“It’s a very valuable opportunity to meet existing clients face-to-face and connect with prospective fleets for whom video telematics presents an opportunity to step up their commitment to safety or optimise operational efficiencies.”
“With a clearer picture of what is going on in and around their vehicles throughout the day, fleets can also maximise operational efficiencies and optimise the service they are providing their own customers, getting the greatest possible value from their fleets.”
Lytx will be on stand 3D16.
