TotalKare is making a long-awaited return to Tip-Ex 2019 after it revealed an eye-catching joint display with a global manufacturer of hydraulic equipment and truck parts.

The UK’s leading provider of heavy-duty vehicle lifting solutions will be teaming up with HARSH to take over the show entrance, which takes place in Harrogate between 30th May and June 1st.

Eight T8DC mobile columns will be lifting a skiploader as part of a demonstration that will be seen by more than 50,000 visitors over the three days and act as a perfect reminder of the West Midlands-based firm’s versatile and high-quality products.

Bosses at the company are hoping its appearance – the first time in more than ten years – will support its ambition to increase market share in the tipper, tanker and bulk haulage industries.

David Hall, Managing Director of TotalKare, commented: “We are delighted to be partnering with HARSH and to secure such a prominent position at Tip-Ex – there is literally no way visitors are going to miss us lifting a skiploader 16 feet off the ground.

With a safe working load of 7,500kg per column, our T8DCs can be used in sets of four, six and eight to provide a total lifting capacity of 60,000kg. This makes them perfect for heavy-duty vehicles, such as those used in the tipper, tanker and bulk haulage industries.”

He continued: “As with any fleet operator, there is a need to ensure a safe, efficient, flexible and cost-effective solution and that’s exactly what we can provide.”

TotalKare’s T8DC cable-free hydraulic mobile column lift makes lifting operations simple.

With no interconnecting cables, it has been designed to be easily manoeuvred around workshops and is an ideal lift for light commercial and heavy-duty vehicles, even coming with adjustable forks for lifting vehicles with smaller wheels.

There is radio synchronisation and communication between columns, they only require a single phase 230 voltage power supply and possess an electronic shutdown if an obstruction is detected for extra safety.

Adam Hargreaves, Director at Harsh commented “Working in conjunction with TotalKare has enabled us to provide this unique display at Tip-Ex.

We are delighted to be involved in such an eye-catching stand and having our 2019 Model Skiploader equipment shown off to the whole of Harrogate is a massive bonus!”

TotalKare is the UK’s number one supplier for heavy-duty vehicle lifting solutions and aftersales care, providing mobile column lifts, fixed four and two-post lifts, brake testers, training solutions and a comprehensive suite of ancillary products.
