At this year’s CV Show, specialist bodybuilder, Coolertech Ltd, will be exhibiting some of its innovative and highly engineered vehicle solutions. The company, which designs and manufactures high quality insulated vehicles for the temperature-controlled industry, will display a selection of vehicles from its range.

Coolertech’s temperature-controlled products range from car-derived vans at the smaller end of the spectrum, right through to 26 tonne insulated box bodies – all designed in-house by the company’s experienced design technicians. Coolertech will be displaying both insulated van conversions and box bodies on its stand.

Coolertech can offer either single compartment refrigerated vehicles designed to accommodate solely chilled or frozen foods, or a range of dual and multi-temperature vehicles which are perfect for carrying a mixture of the two, as well as ambient goods. In addition, a wide choice of vehicle make and model and, indeed, refrigeration unit is available. Coolertech is able to cater for both low and high volume orders with ease – all with impressive turnaround times.

The vehicle exhibits were designed and manufactured at Coolertech’s UK technology and production facilities. Each vehicle comes with a Type Approval Certificate of Conformity (CofC). In addition, they come with a ten-year construction warranty – something the company offers as standard on all its new insulated products. The insulated panels featured within these builds, and indeed across Coolertech’s entire range of products, are manufactured in-house at the company’s panel plant.

Not limited purely to manufacture, Coolertech also provides an on-site bodywork repair service that operates nationally, and an efficient spare parts supply service.
